CARPEX DORMITORY ACCOMMODATION PRICES

*starting from 01.10.2025 the prices will change as follows:

Accommodation in the Carpex Dormitory can be in two types of rooms:

• single occupancy rooms
• double occupancy rooms

The tenant will pay the security deposit, only once, at the time of booking the room. The deposit will be returned upon the expiration of the contract, after the company president has verified that the rented object has been handed over in its initial condition, according to the Annex to the contract.

The rent is invoiced at the BNR exchange rate valid on the day the invoice is issued.

The rent includes all utilities, free internet access (cable+wifi), TV, and free access to the laundry room.

Upon signing the contract, along with the payment of the rent for the first contractual month, an installation and maintenance fee of 50 EURO / person / year is paid (includes the sanitization and cleaning of the room before rental, technical maintenance services during the contract, replacement of consumables, and a mattress cover). The fee will be paid only once during a calendar year.

If you are a student of a state or private university, as well as a graduate or employed, you can rent a room at the CARPEX dormitory.

• Upon signing the contract, the student will pay a security deposit, which will be returned within 30 days of final departure from the dormitory. They will also pay in advance the rent for the first month of the contract and the installation and maintenance fee.
• The rent is paid monthly in advance, based on the invoice issued around the 20th of each month, for the following month. The invoice is to be paid by the last day of the current month for the following month.
• The rooms have an area of 15 sqm and have their own private bathroom. Each room is equipped with new furniture (a two-door wardrobe, two beds for double rooms, or one bed for single rooms, two nightstands, two chairs, a desk, a coat rack, a shoe rack, parquet or tile flooring, double-glazed windows, a refrigerator, a curtain, bed covers, a trash can, a bucket and mop, and optionally bed linen, a duvet, and a pillow).

• Friends and relatives can visit, but it is important that every visitor respects the Internal Regulations and registers with the security service at the entrance of the dormitory.

• The building has non-stop security, equipped with a video surveillance system and cleaning services for the common areas.

• Couples can also be accommodated in our dormitory. You can opt for a room with two beds or a room with a double bed.
• The building is equipped with a fire detection and alarm system.
• Smoking is prohibited in the building, as well as in the rooms and common indoor areas. Smokers can use the balconies and the areas outside the building. There are also free parking possibilities on the streets around the building.
